Have you guys ever thought of maybe choreographing your own dances? It may seem very hard and complex. But just think about it! assuming you are choreographing a dance to a cute j-poppy song . Most of the dances to these are very simple , repetitive, but engaging. Like, you’d want to move along with the dancer! Yuka isn ‘t doing anything complicated or super new and original in this video. But it’s still a very cute dance ~

Hi everyone! (｡´・ω・｀｡) So , in this idol community. Alot of girls really feel down and self-concious about themselves. Like . . “What if people don’t like me?”, “I don’t think I ‘m cute enough or my voice is highpitched enough” , “I ‘m scared of trolls!” and other things of that sort. I want to say . You CAN do it! Stop feeling so down on yourself. ♪♪☆゜．｡*ﾟ
♡No one who is popular hasn’t had to deal with masses and masses of trolls and haters. Look at Yuka for example. Her twitter, facebook, and youtube have been deleted. She is still going strong and she isn ‘t letting that stop her. People still think of Beckii as some kind of ~weaboo with no real talent and she only got to to japan because pedophiles like her~ and it’s so annoying how so many people still think this way and refuse to see the ways Beckii has improved and grew. Beckii looked past the negativity, false rumors, and trolls! If you want to do this. You ‘ll have to learn to accept trolls and haters . And by that I mean ignore them! Try your best to not dwell on anything they say and simply move on. Don’t attract so much attention to the hurtful things they say and don ‘t live your life with the fear of them . example : “I won’t do this and this because maybe trolls will comment on my videos! ” That kind of mindset won’t help you.
♡You think you aren’t pretty enough? One easy step to diminish this thought is to tell yourself every morning and night that you are in fact pretty and beautiful . Instead of pointing out the things you don ‘t like about urself. Point out the things you do like. If someone calls you ugly . Don ‘t try and dwell on it! Pay attention to the way you dress yourself and poise yourself in your videos. Besides that, try and have fun with all of this! Don ‘t think that people are constantly and always looking for your single little flaw. You never know, people might find that ~flaw~ cute! If you want to become an idol. Don ‘t try and hide things . Not only are you lieing to your fans, you are lieing to yourself.
♡You don ‘t feel like you can ever find the right idol image? Well. One ~idol image~ that always always always works is… drumroll please??? IS . . to be yourself! honestly. People think the only way to get known is if you have some kind of super complex aidoru anime image such as “super tsuntsun kitten loli eternally 6 ” thing that simply is never nessecary and is acctually quite confusing. I understand that if you want to bcome an Akiba idol , a cutesy anime - type is a good look! ( Make sure with that though, that you fit it and acctually enjoy it! And pleaseplease don’t go so overboard and specific. Don ‘t do it because other people got popular off of it or you don ‘t know any other type. If you don ‘t know any other type, you might want to look more into otaku culture and should think more about your Akiba idol dream and if you are simply doing this to get popular than sit down . That’s always so rude! orz;; And there are people like Ally&Sally who don’t have an idol trait. Except maybe their super otakuness~ ) So as I was saying, don’t think to hard on this one. Don’t try and be super super burikko. If you aren’t. Than why pretend to do that? Once again, it’s lying to yourself and others. That will come back and bite you in the butt.

When doing lives or broadcasts, try and play with your viewers! I loveloveloveLOVE Yukapon’s lives♪. They are fun, interactive, and I feel like she really has become my magical little sister. Do more than just dancing and singing. Doing more and becoming more interactive will give you more viewers and comments . That’s why Yuka has so many community members ww . She makes her lives so interesting and different. People always want to come back and watch them.

Yukapon! Okay , I know this is like the top for everybody. But let’s face it! She like . . perfected the magical cute little sister and she’ s so precious and endearing! She ‘s been aiming to do this for so long and I know she has a pure and genuine love for Akihabara and otaku. I hope she can move to Japan soon and achieve her dream of becoming an Akihabara idol.
Ally&Sally! They are so cute and I will always support them. They’re genuine love and interest of Japan and otaku culture is so endearing ww. They are so fit to become Akiba Idols and I hope this dream can come true soon. They have lovely voices and they are oh so kiiind .

Finding an idolname ❤
This one is a tad optional. You can use your real name if you ‘d like! Many people do. But imo , people with cute made up names just . . Stand out more . Making up a name is also very fun !
I would reccomend a name that isn ‘t to long and complicated. Simple, and cute! Adding a cute sound or effect at the end is great also ( Examples ! MiyuPon ~ YukiChuu ~ FuyuNyan ~ ) Or adding a cute word in the front. ( Examples ! Sweet Yumi ~ Lovely Maki ~ Milky Mimi ) You can also use repetition . ( Examples ! Mayuyu ~ Aririn~ Amimi )
Try to stray from stuff that is really overplayed. It can ‘t be helped because you are born with this name. But the name Abbie is so common in the dancer community. When people bring up this name , I have to sift through the 100’s of Abbies I can remember and eeh . . It’s not very fun. I would suggest to maybe use a nickname or add something to your name that makes you stand out!
If you want to get known in Japan, try and use a name that isn’t so . . hard to pronounce or foreign for them. Sorry for putting you on blast, but Abbie~kins is an example of this. It’s not a word they are familliar with at all so it’s probably really awkward. It’s a cute name if you want to stick with a western audience and whatever, but asides from that. It’s a rather awkward name >w<;;
In the end, do what u like! When choosing a name. Say it . Does it flow well? Does it have a nice ring to it? Is it recognizable? Those are some things I’d look out for when choosing a name.

What ‘s an idol introduction
For example, Yuka’s whole “I ‘m eternally 13 magical little sister , Yukapon ! ” Thing she says in the beggining of her concerts, performances, about me’s and whatnot. These are once again optional. But I would reccomend it. People who never heard of you can figure out the basics of you w/ these simple 1-2 sentances ~
What are some of your most identifying features? Or atleast something that you’d like people to know. Make sure to include that in your ~idol intro~ . Example! “I’m 14 year old 154 CM Honey Momo! Please accept me as your kitten ~ NyanChu! ” It’s brief and gets to the point . I want people to know that I ‘m 14 . My height… Sure why not~ And that I want to be your own personal kitten!
Once again, this is optional! But once again ww.. I prefer it. It’s a good way for people to get used to you. And people will even identify it as some sort of catchphrase.

Eternal Ages . . ☆(*ゝ艸・*)+.☆゜
This post will be about Eternal Ages and how I feel about them personally . So . . Let’s start!!!! Well firstly , don ‘t do it unless you acctually have a real reason. Trust me, you’ll get alot of crap from people about it . Most people don’t understand it and see as something weird or entirely fetish-y. It’s something so small but it’ something so controversial in this idol community. Please think about it!
Please don’t go so young . Yes, young age is wanted in idols. But becoming eternally 9 isn ‘t nessecary. And I would even have to admit .. a tad creepy. 12 is the youngest I would suggest.
Mostly Akiba idols and other less mainstream idols do this sort of thing. It’s used as a gimmick. I would NOT suggest putting your real age on blast. Yes, this is a fun kind of joke. But don ‘t go out of character so much please. Example : Someone asks how old you are “I ‘m eternally 13! But I ‘m really 15! ” . Honestly… J - just whats the point in that? And there are people who are Eternally 17 or 18 . It’s all up to you!
And back to my point on ~having a real reason~. Don’t do it because you think becoming the youngest will automatically make you super cute. It won’t. And don’t do it because you are scared of your real age . Once again, lying to yourself and lying to others. Some reasons why people choose eternal ages is because that certain ~age~ means something special to them! Other times, it’s because that eternal age will help them with their idol image.
